Boca2Boca – Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Rule Boca2Boca acts solely as an intermediary between customers and independent experience providers. Each provider establishes their own cancellation and refund conditions, which are shown on their listing page or booking confirmation. Please review the provider’s terms carefully before completing your booking.
2. Bookings Made Through Boca2Boca When you pay a deposit or full amount through our website, the payment is collected on behalf of the provider. You will receive a confirmation with the applicable cancellation policy. Unless otherwise stated by the provider:
• More than 30 days before the experience: Full refund minus processing fee (5–10%). • 29–8 days before the experience: 50% refund. • 7 days or less before the experience: No refund. • No-show: No refund.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. Bank or transaction fees are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations by Provider If the provider cancels the experience due to weather, safety, or operational issues, you will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule. Boca2Boca is not responsible for related costs such as flights or hotels.
4. Force Majeure Neither Boca2Boca nor the providers are responsible for cancellations caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or public health emergencies. When possible, we will assist in rescheduling or issuing a credit for future use.
5. Group or Private Bookings Private or large group reservations (6 or more people) may have special cancellation terms specified on the invoice or provider agreement. These terms take precedence over the general policy listed here.
6. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notifying the provider may result in forfeiture of your reservation without refund. Please contact the provider immediately if delayed.
7. Partial Use If you attend only part of the experience or leave early, no partial refunds will be granted.
8. Support & Assistance If you are unable to reach a provider or need help with a cancellation request, contact us at support@boca2boca.com. We will assist with communication, but final approval of refunds depends on the provider’s policy.
9. Chargebacks Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes will be contested with documentation confirming booking details and provider communication. Repeated abuse may result in suspension of platform access.
10. Policy Updates This policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be published on our website with the new effective date. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
