Congressman Cigar Club is a private international cigar society in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic, created around the cigars and heritage of Matos Cigar Company. Founded by Dominican cigar maker Francisco Matos Mancebo, the club brings together enthusiasts of premium handmade Dominican cigars, including Congressman 328, Congressman Born Edition, Matos39, Bad Cat, PIRULÏ, Chan-Chan, and other Matos cigar lines.
Rooted in the tobacco traditions of Santiago and the Cibao region, Congressman Cigar Club connects members with the world of Dominican cigar craftsmanship through private cigar releases, curated smoking experiences, gatherings, and direct engagement with Matos Cigar Company. Members receive exclusive cigars prepared specifically for the club four times each year.
