How the Service Works

Before the event, we confirm the location, schedule, expected number of guests, service duration, cigar quantity, preferred cigar style, and any personalization requirements.

On the event date, the cigar roller arrives before the scheduled starting time to prepare the station. During the service, guests can observe cigars being rolled, interact with the roller, learn how wrapper, binder, and filler tobacco are combined, and discover the craftsmanship required to produce a handmade cigar.

For larger events, cigars are prepared in advance and properly stored so guests can receive cigars throughout the celebration while the roller continues the live demonstration.

Pricing

Each event is quoted individually. Pricing depends on the event location, duration, number of guests, number of cigars, cigar size and blend, number of rollers, transportation requirements, packaging, and personalization.

To receive a proposal, provide the event date, location, expected guest count, required service hours, approximate cigar quantity, and whether personalized cigar bands or additional experiences are needed.
