Really nice visit. Watching the rollers work was my favorite part. The staff was friendly and the cigars were great.

We were looking for something different to do while visiting Santiago and found this tour. The factory wasn't huge, which actually made it better because it felt personal. I liked being able to watch people working instead of just looking at displays. Everyone was friendly and patient even when our group asked a lot of questions. If you're curious about cigars, it's definitely worth a visit.

I came with a friend who is really into cigars and honestly thought I would just tag along. Ended up enjoying the tour way more than expected. The people working there answered all our questions and it was interesting to see how many steps are involved before a cigar is ready. The smell of the tobacco inside the factory was something I'll remember. We left with a few cigars and a much better understanding of the process.

Seeing the rollers work by hand and learning about the different tobacco leaves was fascinating. The team was welcoming, the factory was well organized, and the experience felt authentic rather than staged for tourists.
