I knew very little about cigars before this tour. It was interesting to learn why different leaves are used and how much skill goes into rolling a cigar properly. The guide explained everything in a simple way and I left knowing much more than when I arrived.

The guide made the tour much better for us. He was friendly, patient, and explained the cigar process in a way that was easy to follow, even for people who don't know much about tobacco. He answered all our questions and did not rush the visit. You can tell he knows the factory and enjoys sharing the story behind cigars.

Had a great time visiting the factory and learning more about how the cigars are made. The cigar tasting was one of the highlights. We really enjoyed the cigars, the atmosphere, and getting to experience the factory up close. Definitely a great experience for anyone who enjoys cigars.

Excellent experience overall. The Black Bird Factory visit was a highlight, and the guide and gift set were excellent. Transportation can be better. Definitely an experience I would recommend

I came from the United States because I am preparing to start a cigar business and wanted to better understand Dominican cigar culture and the industry firsthand. Visiting the factories gave me a much better understanding of tobacco, the production process, quality control, and the work behind a premium cigar. I was able to ask questions, meet people from the industry, and experience the culture instead of only reading about it online. I left with a lot of useful knowledge and a much clearer understanding of the business. Very valuable experience for someone serious about getting into the cigar industry.

I came with a friend who is really into cigars and honestly thought I would just tag along. Ended up enjoying the tour way more than expected. The people working there answered all our questions and it was interesting to see how many steps are involved before a cigar is ready. The smell of the tobacco inside the factory was something I'll remember. We left with a few cigars and a much better understanding of the process.

The cigar, rum, and food pairing was excellent, and I especially enjoyed learning about the history behind the products. The tasting was conducted in Spanish and seems better suited to people who already have some experience with cigars. Beginners should be aware that there is not much instruction on basics such as how to cut, light, or properly smoke a cigar. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, especially for cigar enthusiasts.

We were looking for something different to do while visiting Santiago and found this tour. The factory wasn't huge, which actually made it better because it felt personal. I liked being able to watch people working instead of just looking at displays. Everyone was friendly and patient even when our group asked a lot of questions.
