Registration is now open for the Procigar Festival 2027, taking place February 16–19, 2027 in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. The Full Festival Package is US$2,500. Registration closes February 17, 2027, or earlier if tour capacity is reached.

What Your Registration Includes

The Festival experience includes exclusive cigar factory tours, tobacco field visits, premium cigars throughout the Festival, new and unreleased cigars, educational seminars, lunches with industry leaders, evening celebrations, an open premium bar during dinners, Procigar Power Talks, transportation from official hotels and the official Festival Goodie Bag.

The Premium Goodie Bag, valued at more than US$450, is provided when registering for all Santiago activities. A Festival Goodie Bag is provided when at least four Santiago activities are selected, including tours and dinners.

2:00 PM — Festival Registration at Residence Inn by Marriott Santiago. 7:00 PM — Warm-Up Festival at Residence Inn by Marriott Santiago, 11th floor.

Wednesday, February 17

8:45 AM tour choices: Arnold André Factory; Procigar Hopping Tour; La Flor Dominicana Field & Factory; General Cigar Tobacco Field; Château de la Fuente; or De Los Reyes Field & Factory. 7:30 PM — Welcome Dinner Party at Parque Central Santiago.

Thursday, February 18

8:45 AM tour choices: Quesada & PDR Cigars Factory; La Aurora Field & Factory; Tabacalera Fuente Factory; La Flor Dominicana Factory; or Tabacalera Palma Field & Factory. 3:30 PM — Procigar Power Talk at Hotel Santiago. 7:30 PM — White Dinner Party at Monumento a los Héroes de la Restauración.

Friday, February 19

9:00 AM options include the Procigar Discovery Tour and Beach Day. 10:00 AM tour choices include General Cigar Factory, La Aurora Field & Factory, Tabacalera Palma Field & Factory and Casa Carrillo Factory. 4:00 PM — Procigar Women Talk at Residence Inn. 7:30 PM — Auction Gala Dinner Party at Casa Club Centro Español.

Registrants choose one tour per day. Tours are assigned first-come, first-served, and if a tour is unavailable during registration it has already reached capacity.

Full Festival Package — US$2,500

The Full Festival Package includes the Tuesday Warm-Up Festival, one day tour per day from Wednesday through Friday, the Welcome Dinner Party, White Dinner Party and Auction Gala Dinner Party.

Most day tours are priced at US$300. The Procigar Discovery Tour is a premium guided experience priced at US$400. Guests selecting the Discovery Tour with the Full Festival Package pay an additional US$100, for a total package price of US$2,600.

Registration

Registration is open. Create your Festival account, choose your tours, seminars, dinners and activities, and reserve your stay through the official Festival hotel section. Once payment has been received, personal QR codes are issued and are required for admission to Festival activities.

Registration remains open until February 17, 2027, or until tour capacity is reached. Transportation to tours and dinner events is provided from the official Festival hotels.

Official Festival Hotels

Official Santiago hotel options currently include Residence Inn by Marriott Santiago and Hotel Santiago, Curio Collection by Hilton. Special Procigar Festival rates are available while inventory lasts, and transportation to Festival tours and dinner events is provided from the official hotels.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• On or before December 16, 2026 — 100% refund, excluding payment platform processing fees

• December 17, 2026 through January 16, 2027 — 50% refund, excluding payment platform processing fees

• After January 16, 2027 — no refunds

Planning Your Procigar 2027 Trip

Santiago is the base for the published Procigar Festival 2027 program. STI (Cibao International Airport) is the most convenient airport for Santiago. Book accommodations early because hotel availability becomes limited around Festival dates, particularly at the official Festival hotels.
